Candy Cane Roll Cake

Bahan Baku :

 1. 150  gr  Telur ( dibuat terpisah )

 2. 60    gr  Gula Pasir

 3. 50    gr  Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang

 4. 10    gr  Maizena

 5. 20    gr  Susu Cair

 6. 25    gr  Minyak

Cara Buat  :

1. Bahan no ( 1 ) dipisahkan antara putih dan kuning ( putih telur, gula pasir ) diaduk sampai mengembang

2. Tambahkan kuning telur dan bahan no ( 3.4 ) sambil diaduk manual dan perlahan-lahan.

3. Tambahkan bahan no ( 5.6 ) sambil diaduk rata dan adonan dibagi 2 ( original dan merah )

4.  Siapkan loyang 26 x 26 cm dan buat adonan digaris satu persatu ( disesuaikan garis )

5.  Panggang di suhu 190 atas bawah selama 15 – 19 menit.

6.  Setelah dingin isi bagian tengah dengan whipping cream dan Parrot Dip Glaze

     ( 110 gr – 20 gr )
